A.H.C. & ACCOUNTANT 1. All bills are other than salary for the establishment,. Pension Bill(All), I.T. & S.T. & P,T. Register
2. Screening of visitors.
3. Fixed Demand, Maintenance. of Appropriation Register.
4. N.S.A,P., Legal Matters (Respective Dept. will.help) including Court Cases.
CLERK 1. PF.Ledger & Abstract, Pension & Gratuity,
2. Leave Register
CLERK 1. Receiving Letters,
2. Maintenance of files & records
3. Shorting of Letters
4. Mental Hospital(Admission)
CLERK 1. Issuing Letters and to assist in the maintenance of files & records
2. Stamp Register
3. Self-employment Programme & another Welfare scheme in addition to his usual duties.
CLERK-CUM-TYPIST 1. English & Bengali Typing jobs.
2. Writing Minutes Books.
3. Duplicating Machine with the help of Sri N.R.Mukberjee/Sri J.Ghosh.
4. To look after the office building (inside & outside) & other amenities.

SANITARY INSPECTOR Supervision of conservancy Works ( Wards nos. 1 to 7) & ( Ward Nos. 17 to 20), Enquiry of public complain for the above Wards. Departmental massonary works for the above work, Immunisation work (2 days in a week) and correspondence to C.M.O.H.

CLERK Attendance of.couservancy worker, Receipted & Issue of Birth/Death Applications/Leave for Conservancy workers. Other works as directed by the authority.
H.A Maintenance & preparation of Birth/Death & Cremation Register & Certificates preparation of statistical reports & return
VACCINATOR Preparation of Birth Certificate and Birth Register & other works as directed
 

WATER WORKS DEPARTMENT

WATER WORKS SUPERINTENDENT-CUM-OVERSEER 1. Supervisoon of all to works of the Department.

NIGHT GUARD As directed by Authority.
PUMP OPERATORS
1st Shift : 5AM-9AM
9.30AM to 1PM
2nd shift : 1-00 p.m. to 6-00 p.m.
6-30 p. n. to 9-00 p.m.
They are not alloued to to leave their places of duties during the duty hours during reacess.

Besides these jobs each and every individual employee will work/discharge duties as and when required by the Authority.
